The idea
Shoppers enter their measurements, style preferences, occasion, and budget. The system matches them with a fashion advisor who builds a personalized outfit recommendation. Once approved, professional buyers source the items across multiple platforms and return a verified shopping list for purchase — personalization, expert styling, and sourcing in one coordinated flow.
Storyboarding three roles
We storyboarded the full experience from the perspective of each primary role — shopper, advisor, and buyer — to see how their actions hand off to one another.

Two key tasks were taken to mid-fidelity: shoppers entering preferences, and advisors managing their consultation calendar.

What feedback changed
Added reference-photo uploads so shoppers can communicate their aesthetic, not just describe it.
Surfaced brand, price, and direct product links on recommendations for transparency.
Introduced consultation types — color analysis, capsule wardrobe, quick vs. in-depth sessions.
Added an approval checkpoint where advisors send final outfits to shoppers before buyer handoff.
Buyers now track discounts and coupons to optimize cost.
